By accessing this site and placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
Please read them carefully before making any purchase.


1. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations between Nomade™ (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to purchase one or more products from the website www.nomade-sport.com (hereinafter “the Site”).


2. Products

Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Photos and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

In the event of an error or omission, Nomade™ cannot be held liable.

All products are offered within the limits of available stock.


3. Prices

Product prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding any applicable shipping fees.
Nomade™ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but orders will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of purchase.


4. Orders

Any order placed on the Site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer receives an order confirmation email once payment is validated.

Nomade™ reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of:

  • payment issues,

  • suspected fraud,

  • or out-of-stock products.


5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The Customer may pay through the following secure methods:

  • Shopify Payments (Stripe): Visa, Mastercard, etc.

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay (when available)

All transactions are encrypted and secured.
No banking information is stored on the Nomade™ website.


6. Delivery

Products are shipped from our partner warehouses located in Europe or abroad, depending on stock availability.

Average delivery times:

  • 3 to 7 business days for products shipped from Europe

  • Up to 15 business days for certain items

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination or the carrier.
Nomade™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • postal services,

  • customs procedures,

  • or circumstances beyond its control.

The Customer receives a tracking number once their order has been shipped.


7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, available on the Site.

The Customer has 14 days after receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided the product is:

  • unused,

  • in its original packaging,

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the item is defective or delivered in error.

9. Liability

Nomade™ cannot be held liable for:

Product use is under the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
It is used exclusively for order processing, delivery, and customer communication.

Nomade™ complies with applicable regulations (GDPR).


11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Nomade™ website (texts, images, logo, design, branding) are the exclusive property of Nomade™.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date the order is placed.


13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before legal action.
Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the district where Nomade™ is registered.
