📦 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase on Nomade™.
We do our best to ensure every customer is satisfied, but if an item doesn’t meet your expectations, here are the conditions for returns and refunds.


🕒 Return Period

In accordance with European distance-selling regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal — no need to provide any reason.

After this period, returns cannot be accepted.


📋 Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in its original condition, unused and undamaged,

  • be in its original packaging,

  • include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • the product has been used, washed, or altered,

  • the item is a final-sale product,

  • or the item was received as a gift or promotional product.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:

  • product received damaged,

  • order preparation error,

  • or defective item.

In these situations, we will cover the return costs or offer a replacement at no additional charge.


📸 Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include clear photos of the product and packaging to speed up the process.
A solution (replacement or refund) will be offered quickly.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a full refund to the same payment method used during your purchase.

Bank processing may take 3 to 10 business days, depending on your institution.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.


🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.
In all other cases, please place a new order.


🧾 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • gift cards,

  • final-sale items,

  • personalized products.
