We do everything we can to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
This processing time includes:

  • preparation,

  • quality control,

  • and handover to the carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Delivery Times

Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses located in Europe and abroad, depending on stock availability.

Average delivery times are:

  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days

These timeframes may vary slightly depending on your destination, the carrier, or seasonal periods (sales, holidays, etc.).


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update on the carrier’s website.

We currently ship to:

  • Belgium 🇧🇪

  • Switzerland 🇨🇭

  • Luxembourg 🇱🇺

  • And the rest of the European Union 🇪🇺

For delivery to any other country, please contact us before placing your order.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all our products unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This includes handling, packaging, and delivery.


6. Delivery Delays or Issues

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to:

  • weather conditions,

  • customs inspections,

  • high demand periods (sales, holidays),

  • or incorrect address information.

If you experience a significant delay, or if your product arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at:

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is correct.
Nomade™ cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


8. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If a package is declared lost or has been stuck for more than 30 business days, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
